With finals exam coming up and this fall semester is coming to an end, I feel a bit relived. Although I hate staying home and having nothing to do but eat, sleep, read and watch television, it gives me a good opportunity to actually spend more time with my family. I haven't thought about what to do for winter break exactly but I'm hoping something soon, before spring semester start. School goes super fast when it comes to you working so hard, on homework and trying to ace an class; by the time you realize school is finish.
I'm hoping by the end of next fall I will be done at UW-Sheboygan, so I can transfer to UW-Oshkosh or Uw-platteville. My major is basically liberal arts into organization administration. Since, my husband got accepted in UW-Madsion for next year, and got an job opening at UW-Platteville I hope that either one will turn out good. I never thought that I would be here today, in college. Now that I'm almost done, I can really look back and say I'm proud of myself. Even though I wasn't really good at school, I feel like I can really make something out of myself if I try harder.
Having my family and my husband's family support me and my husband I feel wonderful into making things possible. My younger sister almost graduating this year, don't want to go to college. I'm trying my best to influence her into continuing further in school. Why? I think not only does it help you in life to find a better job but to educated you more so when you have your own kids you can also help them, and teach them school is important. My husband's cousin who is an repeated senior, three times has learn it the hard way.
Not to criticize anyone who don't decided to go to college, but I think they should. And if they chose not to, then later on life it will be consequences on them later on. sometimes its good to make mistakes because it can leave you into learning and then making better choices in life. And other times, you make mistakes, and chose not to learn but doing it over can cause an cycle, that leave your choice nowhere. I hope all students or children learn that education doesn't have to be serious all the time, if you take your time you can actually turn out to like or love it and even find something in life to learn to love from what your learning along the way.

Cold sore, stuffing nose, flu who isn't sick?
On Friday I had a bad fever, and barely couldn't walk. Every time I stood up I felt as ifI was going to faint. I could see stars every step I take but if I was to laid down I felt like sleeping. Not only was I sick, but my two son had really bad runny nose and stuffing nose. The whole weekend was feeling sick and taking care of my sons.
My husband couldn't come this week home, since he's got studying to do for some of his final. It's pretty hard taking care of my two sons especially their always sick. My older son has a very weak immune system so he can catch a cold just by other sneezing. I hate giving him medicine because it's so hard to make him take it.
With Christmas coming just around the corner I haven't even got anything do done. Late at night when I start to get really sweaty I take medicine and make sure I drink my mother in law's Thai medicine herb to heal me. I hate taking medicine too, especially the ones that are really bitter.
So, I hope I would feel better. Because I don't like the cold feeling and the having to wear ten hundred layers of sweaters. I don't know how I will manage when it starting snowing hard, because I hate the snow as well. So I hope everyone stay warm and not sick for Christmas.

Masculinity vs. Femininity
In my sociology class, we're studying about men compare to women. what I found out that was very interesting about that class was that, kids start to developed their gender identity. But when your still a fetus it is still undetermined to tell whether your a boy or girl, so you don't get the sense of identity yet. In process of them growing up they don't know whether they are boys or girls until the age of 4 to 5 years old. Usually kids learn their gender identity also from their parents, siblings and the people around them.
Example if a little girl was mostly around her brothers, uncles and father only, she can developed an cycle of masculine. That mean she can be tomboy and do things boys would but her outside looking like a girl. It's okay for a girl to be tomboy because they can soon realize what they really are and turn out to be more feminine when they are around more woman figure. It's basically all on influence of seeing another gender teach, do or show them to be the way they think they are until they hit an certain age of maturity to understand their body feature.
But If you were a boy and like to play dress up or wear makeup then that makes you look bad because a girl can upraised her status but a boy cannot downgrade or lower his status, it would make him look bad and people would look down on him. Boys are suppose to be strong, brave, and aggressive to make themselves masculine but if they were to look like they were strong but act sweet, gentle and sensitive it would make them look weakling.
In my perceptive, I have cousins and friends who are gay and lesbian who I don't treat any of them differently from heterosexual. I think it's bad for the community to judge a person from it's outside, because it's not like they want to be that kind of person; it just happen. I think we people should really take the time to understand homosexual of others because it can bring the society to more peace than hatred. People discriminating one another can not reunite any peacetime, so I think it's better that people understand those before making a bad comment.

New year and thanksgiving
Finally the new year came after having my mother in law sew my outfit. This year, all the ladies had to wear purple outfit. It was pretty hard because all the ladies had gone to the same store, for the same fabric. Luckily my mother in law got enough for my front and back skirt and enough for the shirt design. I was thankful my mother in law sew mine, my husband and my son's outfit less than 3 weeks.
I've always wanted to wear Hmong outfit but it was always so cold and my husband never wanted to wear with me. Since this year my in law made him wear it since they were wearing it too, he decided to wear it. I was pretty glad because every couple matched and I didn't want to be the only one standing out. My son loved his best with coins hanging and his money hat. This year had been the most interesting year because my husban and me got interview from the Sheboygan press and we also attend there after party which was pretty good.
After the last day of new which is today, we went to my husband's aunt house for thanksgiving. I decided to bring my cheesecake I made & shepherd pie. When we got to the house, there was 3 long table filled with food, drinks and goodie bags. There was so much people inside too, it was pretty full to sit anywhere to eat. As we formed a line to eat, my husband's aunt gave a speech to thank you those who could make it and for being a dish to share. As we then started to eat, I headed straight for the egg rolls and turkey breast.
I'm not really a turkey person, so I myself only eat the turkey breast. I love the way my sister in law makes her pineapple cherry mix drink, it's not so much liquor but enough to just sip and get full. Then as we talk and share stories, everyone was having a fun time. Finally, after cleaning up and packing some food home, we got home and ready to hit bed early. This year I'm very thankful for having all those who I love stand by my side and share more memories I the future.

First time having pink eye
I've had the pink eye since thursday which really sucked. I've never had the pink eye before and I hope this will be my last. First my 6 month son had it, then me and then my 17 month old son. It keeps revolving over and over. I took my son and me to get checkup on Friday and we both had prescription eye drop but that didn't really helped.
After using it for one day my eyes became more teary and itching. Beside that my eye swollen double and I could barely open my eyes. I was very mad not the fact that I caught this virus but that I couldn't come to school. I have exam next week and with missing one day can cause so much complication into missing notes and in class points.
Although being at home was a good thing because it also gives me the opportunity to spend time with my two boys. I barely have time with them even on the weekends where I usually catch up on my homework or attend to these big feast we have every other weekend. Not only did I find out how contagious this virus was but my other eye had just caught it on Saturday, since my right eye is so watery and with me keep forgetting that I can spread it through the other eye with one touch.
I was fierce knowing that each day being home went so slow and when your at home; you get more homework than the usual days. I'm trying to ignore my pink eye and daily cleaning it but not so much to where I can also damage it. I just hope sometime this week, I can come back to school seeing clear with both of my eyes.

family picture
On Saturday me and my husband took our two sons to go take a family picture. It was pretty hard decision because my husband wanted to take pictures at an studio in Milwaukee while I just wanted an cheap but decent pictures. Turn out, my cousin who loves to photo shoot was living only 10 minutes away from us. So, we went to her house and she took a few outside which was turn out really good. Then she took some of me and my husband, a couple of my kids alone, some of us at an park and the rest inside her basement.
Her basement is fully loaded of different backgrounds, lightening lights and even accessories. Talking about carrying away with hobbies, it was more than a hobby to her. It was like a job for her. She does charge other people of whom she take their pictures. Most of her things she buy, she been investing in them from working overtime on her job. I was thankful, she gave me an discount on my family pictures.
She had edit my pictures and made those that I wanted in an CD paying an fee of $5.00 After editing my pictures, I got to look at which ones I want and chose it for wallets, and bigger size. However, I didn't like the fact that she only had 1 hours to take pictures of us. Having more time taking pictures, is what makes picture look better instead of sloppy. It was pretty nice of her not having to make me pay extra for the bigger size of the pictures.
Finally, after having all my pictures me and my husband went to Walmart to buy frames for our pictures. Then I used some of my sister in law's glass plate for my photos. Making a long frame of glass, I glue my pictures onto the glass plates, adding design around it and then putting it on my wall. It was so pretty and thank god it's high too, that way my sons don't break it. However, I did pay $100 for my cousin's picture she took of us, which she said she's going to invest that money into a new camera lens.

Plymouth trick or treat
I had to run to Walmart into buying my son an last minute Halloween outfit. Then rushed back home and tired it on him. Turn out it was too small. Took my son and went back to Walmart to exchange the outfit. Went to target into looking for another outfit. Finally, found one decent and good price.
As I was heading back home I had to pick up my husband's two cousin and curl their hair and do their makeup. After 2 hours of running back and forth I was to exhausted. I didn't want to take the kids trick or treating anymore. I ask my sister in law in which she was fine.
Then finally, as all the kids were ready to go get some candies, my husband didn't want to go anymore. So then we had to get his aunt into taking us. Football was a big thing to my husband so he stayed back as me, my sister in law and aunt went with four kids into trick or treating.
It was an success and even thought it was raining in Plymouth, we still manage to take the kids for 3 hours. They had plenty of goodies that tomorrow night we don't have to take them anymore.

A feast for my grandma
My grandma has been sick for a couple of month now and she always is so happy. Her right arm been having minor stroke on it's muscle causing her to get pain. So, far in the last month she's been trying very hard to recover from the hospital. The doctor found that she had an disease in her brain that was to late to recover, but all we can do is hope for her to stay with us a little bit longer.This week, she came back and my uncle who she live with decided to do a big feast to welcome back home and for her to get better.
Sunday morning around 5:00am, I had to wake up with my mother in law and husband to kill two pig and an cow. We butcher and clean the pig and cow then coming home to around 11:00pm and starting to get ready to do the feast. We had a lot of people that came to the house already and we had to start cooking the main meals. There was rice need to be steamed, vegetable be washed, meat be cut into smaller pieces and cook into meal courses.
After the whole house was so packed, it was only women's job into cooking and staying upstairs with the other older woman. For the guys, they go downstairs to eat, drink and talk. Later on the my grandma would have to sit on the bench, as this shamen guy come to read her spirit of why she's sick. They then later tell my uncle what her cause is for her to be so sick. My grandma is a strong women, at the age of 89 years old she can still walk, and able to do anything like an younger women.
Finally, after all the older men are drunk, their wives come and take them home. It's me, my sister in law and my mother in law cleaning the house. All dishes washed and put back away. Leftover food, is given to guest and whatever is left is in our refrigerator. As the tables, chairs and garbage is taken care of from the guys. This feast is fast, but hard working. In the end, my grandma's outcome of the day was an success. She is happier and can go to sleep knowing how much people really love her to do all of this.

Best Birthday party ever
This year is actually the best birthday party ever. One reason is because my two last birthday I was pregnant with my two sons. so for this year my husband let me make my own plans. Also my husband got me the new iPhone 4s, and a vase full of lily flowers. I felt like it was a miracle that my husband was actually letting me make my own plans because my husband usually make a big deal out of everything.
So for my main course I decided to make shrimp pasta, spring rolls, tater tot casserole, and fried rice. For drinks we had soda, water and for the 21 and over we had wine and mixed fruity drink. Everyone who was invite to come and have fun, bought some dish too. Eating start at 5:30 pm but it was such a hassle because I had to make all four course in 4 hours. With less time and no help and watching two kids I wanted to quit. I was beginning to give up.
Then I had my cousin, sister in law and aunt came to help me cook. Thankfully, we finish by 6:10pm to start eating. I was gonna make some events for the younger kids but we barely had a lot of kids so I didn't plan any events. After eating we got all dress up to head out to the bar for a bit. I'm not a big fan of going to the bar, but my sister in law wanted me to have a day to myself.
When we got to the bar, it was so crazy. People was all drunk and starting crap with everyone. I hate people who get drunk and can't control themselves. After a few drinks and couple hours of sweaty feet from dancing it was time to go home. Luckily, I had fun and still woke up early enough to get some errand done.

Movies on a Sunday to relax the weekend...
After a whole weekend of watching two kids, running around and crying I finally end the weekend with a comedy movie. Me and my husband hasn't gone out in two years to relax each other's mind off of homework or kids. I, myself never get interested in movie, but after a while watching " What's your number" made me realize how marriage life is compared to the single life.
The movie " What's your number", was a movie that has romances and comedy. I love comedy movie, especially romance but hardly every had time to go out. I'm always so tense up on finding a babysitter for my kids to do homework or study for test that I barely realize how it feel going out. Going out in two years, made me feel so relax. I felt young again and more time on myself.
My husband even took time to set back on going fishing with his friends that he took the time into having his parents watch out our kids while we went out for dinner at Texas road house, then ending the night with a comedy movie. I love it, because I was so stressed out for my sociology test and then working on my math class and studying for it.
Going out is not a habit with me and my husband but it does feel nice to have time to ourselves to get away from our kid and not worrying about whether who's turn to take care of our kids. The more effort we put on our kids and school work, the more I loved that I got one whole Sunday to myself and my husband. Being marriage is is complicated with kids crying and not liking anyone. But ending my weekend to relaxation and a little time to myself makes me stronger into knowing that one day can compete the whole stressful days.

Random shooting can cause a innocent person's death.
When I get really bored, I like to read the news on asiantown. It's a new where most people post up random stuff, that seem very interesting. I was reading today's news and turn out a guy I knew when I was living in california got shot. His name is David Yang, and recently just got married to one of the pastor in Fresno, california's daughter Sarah Vang.
I was pretty shocked because David is a perosn who loves to work with churches, and even try to get a pastor liscence to change the world or the people around him. He has high hopes for those who causes crimes can make a change for themselve in coming to his chruch for his speeches. He's enduring and caring for those who he believe is given a second chance.
The cops arrested a guy named Jeffery Menzies from chico, california where his car was spotted in the random shooting with bullet shells in them. Turn out Jeffery said his car got stole the night before and had reported it already. However, they took him in to investiage. Jeffery is now in prison until they investiage more on the case, but the case is still going on because the cops might think it has to do with gang related.
I hope they would catch whoever shot David Yang. It's sad to see that the society always have to end with someone's life in order to make peace. I hate all people who have to use violence to solve a problem they can't seem to solve themselves through understanding or compromsing.

Justin Bieber wear women's clothing!!!!!!
I think he is right. I mean who doesn't love skinny jean right? I do love the fact, that with skinny jean it show more of your curves in a woman and build more confident. Other, than that it also gives you more of a creative outcome of what top you should wear to make it more classy, modern, vintage and etc. That's what I think, skinny jeans do cause you to want to be fashionable and more classy.
However, some people think that it's a waste of money; because skinny jeans do cost a lot. I know, one time I bought one from american eagle for like $49.50 and sometime they would have a deal like buy one at $49.50 get second one half price off. I know pants do cost more than buying a top and for guys their shopping in clothes is way more expensive then girls too. So, who wouldn't want to buy girl's skinny jeans for a better cost then guys, right?
I often don't see older woman such as 30 years and up wearing skinny jeans though.One of my aunt is like 26 and they still rocking in skinny jeans after 4 kids. Hahha. It's kind of funny, but then they say it makes them feel younger. So, I guess it all really depends on the person and how they want to feel in their clothes.

Is it the weather that cause people to get sick, or people themselves get sick?
For some reason its very hard for me to get sick, but after I got my flu shot I started to get very dizzy. My arm became very sore and numbed. Suddenly, I started getting flu symptoms. It was like I couldn't sleep at night, hard to breath from my nose with a stuffing and runny nose. I also had a very bad cough with a lot of dark green mucus. The sad part was that It was so bad, it gave me a bad migraine.
Then my two sons, got sick from me also. Which, was even worst because they are much younger and can't handle all the symptoms as much as I could. My baby had such a bad time breathing through his stuffing nose, that late at night he would keep me up every hour crying, until I hold him to sleep. It made me so tired even the thoughts of coming into my morning classes.So, I took my two son to the hospital and they couldn't do much nor give any medicines to them because they were still too young. I was pretty mad, the fact that both of my son are barely breathing right and every moment I think about it, it would make me more mad.
Then my cousin was like, maybe it's just the weather that is starting to change that cause the children's body to not react fast and its making them sick. I started to think, maybe she was right. The weather here are pretty bad. I mean for summer it gets too hot and sticky humid. Then for winter, too cold and cause more illness. The fact is some people do have weak immune system that even going outside can cause them to get sick for a long time. I've struggle a lot when my older son got sick and when I took him to the doctor, they told me he had a very weak immune system. I started to panic, now even taking care of him being more careful with taking him outside with a jacket, even if not needed because windy weather can cause him to start with a runny nose then leading him to the worst.
In my decision I think that people often get sick, because of what their body can't handle yet. Like, the changes of the new coming weather or even getting contagious germ spread from another people passing it to one another. It's just a pattern that keeps repeating, and after you get a little better it'll soon start all over again in a time period. Therefore, if you know your starting to get sick the best thing to do is start taking care of yourself first. Eat medicine before you start getting worse, better yet be safe about passing it along to younger children; it cause more effect towards them then hurting yourself to see them like that.
